These terms cover your use of benam.io, the website of Benam.IO ("we", "us"). Benam.IO runs its projects on subdomains of benam.io and on other domains. When a project publishes its own terms, those terms apply to that project. When it doesn't, these terms apply to it as well. Using the site and projects

  • Pretend to be Benam.IO, or suggest you are endorsed by us when you are not.

Projects and experiments

Many Benam.IO projects are experiments. We may change, pause or shut down any project or feature at any time, and we do not guarantee that any project will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Where a project holds data you have given it, we will try to give reasonable notice before shutting it down.

Our content

The Benam.IO name and logo, and the content of this website, belong to Benam.IO. Projects whose source code we publish, for example on our GitHub organization, are covered by the license published with that code.

Links to other sites

This site and our projects may link to websites we don't run. We are not responsible for their content, and your use of them is covered by their own terms.

The website and our projects are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benam.IO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or downtime, arising from your use of this website or our projects. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or our projects after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
